Off-Ice Training Tips at Home during COVID-19

Training and more importantly connecting is vital for our kids and athletes. This is an opportunity to teach and model resilience, communication, and adaptability. Work with your primary coach first and let them guide you while layering in secondary coaches at complimentary times. Don’t forget about off ice conditioning and dance.
