All interested members are encouraged to attend and participate in the meeting and elections. Nominations for Directors are open to members in good standing of the OKCFSC that are 18 years of age or older.
The annual membership meeting, election of Directors and proposed amendment to Bylaws, and monthly meeting of Directors of the Oklahoma City Figure Skating Club will be held on Thursday, May 9th, 2019 at 6:15 at Arctic Edge Ice Arena. This is a general business meeting with nominations for candidates that desire to serve on the Board of Directors. The meeting and elections will also include a proposal, to be voted on by the members, for Amendment to the Club’s Bylaws. IN CONNECTION WITH THE MEETING, FREE ICE TIME WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ALL OKCFSC CLUB MEMBERS on MAY 9th FROM 6:30-7:30PM!!!

If you nominate another person, please consult with that person to confirm their desire to serve. Any third party nominations must be accepted by the nominated party prior to being placed on the ballot.
Elections for Directors and Amendments to the Bylaws will commence at the close of the meeting on May 9, 2019 and will continue through midnight, Friday, May 24th, 2019. Members may vote in person, via email, or by proxy. Additional instructions and availability of times to vote in person will follow.
