OKCFSC Annual Membership Meeting – Thursday, November 5th
The annual membership meeting, election of Directors, and monthly meeting of Directors of the Oklahoma City Figure Skating Club will be held on November 5th, 2020, at 6:15 pm at Arctic Edge Ice Arena Parking Lot. This is a general business meeting with nominations for candidates that desire to serve on the Board of Directors. We have secured an online voting company, Election Runner, to manage the voting aspects. We will also make the meeting available via Zoom for those who can not attend. You will receive a separate email from Election Runner with instructions on voting.
All interested members are encouraged to attend and participate in the meeting and elections. Nominations for Directors are open to members in good standing of the OKCFSC that are 18 years of age or older. If you wish to nominate yourself or someone else to serve as a Director, please email Jaimie Owens, OKCFSC Vice President, at jaimieowens@yahoo.com. If you nominate another person, please consult with that person to confirm their desire to serve. Any third party nominations must be accepted by the nominated party prior to being placed on the ballot.
We will have s’mores for everyone and bring your own chair for social distancing. We would be delighted to have you join us for the annual meeting and to ask any questions you may have about club activities, etc.
