OKCFSC Holiday Exhibition
December 18th – 2-5pm
Arctic Edge West Rink
We are going to have such a fantastic afternoon of skating and celebrating the holiday season on Saturday. Here are a few reminders so we may be completely prepared for all of our families to have a wonderful time!
*Double check your performance slot and please be sure to list all athletes in each number as well as the song you’re using.
*Be ready to go at least 15 minutes prior to your warm up time.
*Please click this link https://www.signupgenius.com/go/409054aa9ad22abf85-christmas1 to volunteer to help us run the exhibition. We need a few volunteers to help things run smoothly and we appreciate YOU!
*Please click this link https://okcfsc.square.site/ to go to our square site and pay for your performance slot prior to Friday.
*Your warm up should start at the start of your performance group and last 5 minutes. Please plan to stay in the stands for the entirety of the 30 minute group in which you signed up. This ensures an enthusiastic audience for each of the performances as well as minimizes disruptions to those enjoying their own skaters performances. Let’s give all of our athletes and their families the courtesy of an uninterrupted performance. 🙂

*This is a US Figure Skating sanctioned event and as such we are required to follow the updated guidelines provided by US Figure Skating as seen below:
Effective August 2, 2021
Masks are required to be worn indoors by ALL people (including fully vaccinated people) attending any U.S. Figure Skating-sanctioned event or activity despite local, state or facility policies. Sanctioned activities include competitions (U.S. Figure Skating and Compete USA), exhibitions/performances and test sessions.
Exceptions:
* Athletes practicing or competing on the ice.
* Warming up outside.
We appreciate your respect of, and adherence to this policy as it allows us to still have in person events.
