The annual membership meeting and monthly meeting of the Directors of the Oklahoma City Figure Skating Club will be held on Thursday, May 17th at 6:15PM at Arctic Edge Ice Arena. This is a general business meeting.
All interested members are encouraged to attend and participate in the meeting and elections. The record membership roster of those eligible to vote in the election of directors will be fixed as of Thursday, May 4th, 2018. If you are not a member of the OKCFSC and wish to participate in the elections, please renew your membership by this date at www.okcfsc.net
Nominations for Directors are open to members in good standing of the OKCFSC that are 18 years of age or older. If you wish to nominate yourself or someone else to serve as a Director, please email Sarah Lane, OKCFSC Secretary, at lawful.lane@gmail.com . If you nominate another person, please consult with that person to confirm there desire to serve. Any third party nominations will have to be accepted by the nominated party prior to placement on the ballot.
Election of Directors will begin at the close of the membership meeting on May 17th. We will have board members present to collect votes on Friday May 18th, 2018 from 5:45am-7:45am as well. Votes may be placed in person or by written proxy. Additional instructions for voting will be provided after the roster of eligible voting members is fixed after May 4th.
